Approver not found issue in SAP GRC 10.1 ARM MSMP

Hello Team,

Need your help with SAP GRC 10.1 MSMP access request process id.

I have configured 2 stage path for Access request. I have created Path Z3_NEWPATH with stage Manager & Default stage approver. Refer to the 3 screenshot "Path Screenshot" attached.

Default stage approver should pick up the approver based on user group provided in the access request. I have created the agent rule accordingly. Refer to attachment for BRF+ screenshot and simulation is working fine.

Manager is the manager user provided in the access request form. Agent rule BRF+ logic is, if user selects user group "DUMMY" in the ARF then stage should go to approver ZTESTID1 and if the user group is GRC then stage should go to approver "ZTESTID2". Both these 2 id's are valid and having required roles.

I have activated the msmp id's, it is all green.

I have filled one access request on behalf of one user with required roles for GRC system itself, initiator successfully picked the path Z3_NEWPATH and went to manager approval. Once manager approved, then it is not moved to second stage, came up as approver not found. Access request form and Log is attached

Please help with the reason why approver is not found

Hi Vamsi,

I looked at your BRF+ rule and I didn't get what you are trying to do? Do you have initiator rule and if so how your DT looks like.

Did you define the owners correctly in AC Owners/Did you define the agents in MSMP(step2)/Did the role got assignment approver checkbox checked.

Hello Ramesh,

thank you for the response. Yes, i am adding profile in the access request form. My agent rule is based on user group, please refer to BRF attachment.

I tried with role as well in the access request form, still the issue is same.

Hi Vamsi,

Are you adding a Role or Profile?Access Request-form1.jpg shows as profile?and also whats your agent rule based on PFCG ROLE/USERGROUP etc.
