difference time management period and payroll period

scenario it is :

in our company time evaluation period is 26-25 month and payroll is 1-31 month,

how to management is? I change pt60 period with v_t549q and TRMAC tables and

I know I can change payroll period with TRMAC table , but we run payroll 1-31month untill now and change date from payroll is not posible , are there any way to forward overtime and absence to next month ?

      I saw it,it just carry forward overtime and there don't solution about absent and work day is 25 ,not 30!!!!!!!!

    Hi,

    As Richard mentioned it might be solution I had done but it seems a bit complicated.

    You know TRMAC is not for Payroll. It is for Time evaluation. You should define your payroll periods as 1 - 31.

    You know time evaluation runs day to day. So another solution might be running payroll 1 - 31 and any time after 25th of period by considering it as 1 - 25th not until end of the month. Then run a off-cycle payroll at beginning of next month as adjustment.

    Meanwhile, if you are a developer, it is better a functional consultant implement is not by developing.

      tankx, how to run a off-cycle payroll at beginning of next month as adjustment? how to customise and management it?

      data for off-cycle must be insert manually and it is not in time management and in payroll!!

      must be run Off-Cycle Correction Accounting (Type B)??

      plz help me

    I solved this question with change date in t549q and create zimpt b2 that import zl data in special date.
