I want to block a Document number for further processing for a particular period .Is it possible , if yes how to proceed ?

Would you like to do this manually? Can you just set the permissions of the document in question to read-only?

I want to convert the document to read only for a limited period only eg After a MIGO the document generated could be viewed only till I permit for MIRO , Is it possible and How to do the same ?

additional idea instead of TBP / Permissions: Use the <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/1b/ceabdb2883a1418e8da5d973d7983b/frameset.htm">Manual Lock</a>.

In fact this needs some manual actions. For unlocking you'd use <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/14/a4d14030490b06e10000000a155106/frameset.htm">the CM Report for Resource Locks</a>.

You have to enable the lifetime service on the folder. This will ensure that a document is visible only within a period of time.
