Can anyone tell me ,how to integrate CRM and XI?

also one way is to use proxy

<i>You can use HTTP/Java Proxies/Webservices/SOAP as the Sender adapter and Idoc/RFC/Proxy as the reciever adapter.

If you have standard BAPI's / Idoc then go for them but if you have to develop a custom one to display the required data for you then go for proxies.

Hi,

Use ABAP proxies - they are far far easily than BDOCs - especially if you are from an ABAP background.
