Running WebI report based on Essbase 11 in BI Launchpad

Following are the environment details :

BO Version : SAP BusinessObjects 4.2 SP3

OS : Linux Red Hat 6.6

Connection : Oracle Essbase 11 Client

All path set properly in the env (arborpath, essbase home, etc)

Universe : IDT

Report : New webi report We are able to connect to Essbase through the Essbase Client using the Information Design Tool. The connection tests successfully. However, When I try to create a new report and run the report, I get an error "Cannot load library : OlapClient_Essbase.dll(WIS 00000)".

What am I missing? I have reisntalled Essbase client 3 times already and still no luck.
