How can I tell if my system has V12 or not?

I saw that the Q4 upgrade will be automatic. We currently do not have role based permissions, but I am not sure if we have the V12 upgrade. How would I find that out?

Hi Katelyn.

To see what version you're running -

- log into your SF system

- scroll to the bottom of your home (or any) page

- at the VERY bottom in small writing you will see the "Copyright @...." text line. The line ends with a hyperlink that says "Show Version Information"

- click on this link and you'll see your version listed under "UI version"
