Planned orders gives incorrect scheduling date for multiple product on one work center

Hi We have following scenario for MRP,

1. Single resource is used for multiple product with having different processing time.

Ex- Product A & B on Resource X is having processing time 1 hr and 2 hr respectively. if I have a demand of A = 48 units and B= 24 units then after MRP run system gives same production start date for both the planned orders.

2. ideally system should schedule planned order once after another.

pls suggest the solution to how to map it.

Hello

MRP does not run finite schedule, that means, it schedules each planned order individually.

You should run capacity leveling after MRP to get the finite scheduling. Check this blog that explains how to run capacity leveling in background:
