Its very urgent. My client has requirement for California state to generate /316 wagetype when Payroll is run and not to generate /416,/616and /716. Your help is appreciated.Points will be rewarded.

I don't understand your question. Tax type 16 is Employment Training Tax. The technical wage type /3xx is the total gross wages not including any pre-tax deduction. The technical wage type /6xx is amount passed to BSI TaxFactory so that the taxes can be calculated. The amount returned by BSI TaxFactory is stored in technical wage type /7xx, which is the reportable amount. These and other technical wage types are automatically created based on tax model other factors.
As far as I am aware the legal requirement is to deduct and report these taxes, so I am not sure what you are talking about. Please discuss this with your legal department and payroll manager.
There was a recent change for the State of California, but that was for the payslip. Please review SAP Note No. 1006499 - "Remun. Statement: Overtime pay dates for California" for that change.
