Hi Team,

As part of implementing the Cross Reference and Key mapping feature of Inbound Transaction Queue Management, we have followed the below steps:

  • Created a work order from application and added a text document as attachment to it
  • Transmitted the changes from application
  • Created an error for work order create in debugging mode
  • The work order add transaction queue got generated in the admin portal with the status ‘ERROR’ (kept the queue check in mode configuration as ‘Error processing only’)
  • The attachment add transaction queue also got generated with the status ’New’
  • Processing the WO add transaction created entries in the cross reference table with the new WO SAP ID generated as shown below

  • Processing the attachment add transaction after processing the WO add leading transaction does not refer to the cross reference entries as the FLAG for require Key map is not checked when the attachment add transaction got created in the queue.
  • In debugging mode, checked the FLAG for require Key map and the transaction refers to the cross reference entries and the attachment gets created for the work order.
  • From the application, the Flag gets checked only when the dependent transaction GUID has some value. But as per standard, the dependent transaction GUID is always passed as empty from the application.

Is there any way we can impliment the feature without any customisations? Or is there any other scenario where we can implement this feature without any customizations?
