This employee went from Hourly Union to Monthly on 5/1/07 and has been paid monthly since then. we also changed the Personal sub area grouping to 10. So we forced Retro to 01/01/2007. On todays PT60 I received an error referencing a time period when he was still hourly.
No Quota Type for key 1 10 20 exists on 04/30/2007
In T559L table in Selection rules we have some old entries quota 20 (which is not valid) for that Personal Sub Area Grouping. I told the users to delete those entries as they are not Vlaid. THey are asking me why it generated the error now and didn't do it before.
Will deleting those entries fix the problem or they are any other alternative
Hi,
Did you change the employee sub-group also, as the employee moved from hourly to monthly? The error makes sense because it is looking at a different ESG where the employee is no more present.
Hope this helps,

Yes the employee was move to monthly on 05/01. THere are lot of Employees in Personal Subarea Grouping 10 and when we run the time Eval it doesn't generate that error. It is generating the error for this employee who moved to different ESG. Users are asking why it is not generating for all the employees in grouping 10
