ABAP Process/steps to be handled in BW on HANA Upgrade from 7.3 to 7.5

I am part of SAP BW Upgrade team and I want to know the ABAP related steps/procedures that needs to be handled while upgrade.

How to do the adjustment to the ABAP code while migrating to BW 7.5 version?

What and all issue need to be address and what all necessary actions that I should taken care?
