Dear All,
There is a WBS which has the Technically Completed (TECO) status. But we can issue any materials (MB1A), can create reservations (MB21), and can post any entry (F-02) by using this WBS. How this can happen because already we have set the TECO status to that WBS. But we can't raise any PR or PO by using this WBS. Can anyone explain me why this kind of WBS allows in some scenarios and doesn't allow in some scenarios?
