KE30 report execution in background can't key in CO area

We have a COPA report and want to execute it in background mode.

Using the t-code KE30 -> Clicked on report and execute in background

-> When filled in the execution parameters, the CO area is must key-in,

our control area = '5000' but when key in '5000',

it shows error Message no. KY391 as below.

And if we set it blank, it shows "Fill in all required entry fields".

Please help us know how to key-in this field or execute this report in background,

Diagnosis

The variable belongs to characteristic '', which is required for a compound characteristic. The characteristic '' is filled with value '01021000VV'. As a compound characteristic exists, a value has to be entered for the variable, with the existing combination '' '5000' and '' '01021000VV'.

Procedure

Enter another value.

It can sometimes be sensible to change the report so that characteristic '' is also offered as a variable. Both values can then be entered together.

go to ke32 Edit the report and maintain value 5000 against variable co Area

OR

Edit report FORM and take CO Area in General data selection with value 5000.

you can try maintaining the variable value in the Form.
