We are planning to migrate from ERP/Oracle to ERP on Hana. We are wondering what happens on the HR tables like PCL2. Does the DMO process automatically decluster the tables? I would assume not unless the switch is enabled before the migration?
Now if we decide to decluster to make use of the new analytics functions in Hana, What happens to the data in the clustered table PCL2 after the data is already moved to transparent tables? Do they stay or we can clean them up. For the subsequent pay runs, do data get updated in both the clustered and declustered table or only the declustered table?
