How the BBP_ATTR_VALUE_T table is updated?

Hello people,

I´m using EBP and R/3.

When I enter in PPOMA_BBP and enter in Extended Attributes, to see the plants I can see a plant with an old description (the description in table T001W in R/3 had changed but in ppoma_bbp is displayed the old one). I could see this value is read from BBP_ATTR_VALUE_T table.

What is the process to update this table and the description field which the recent values?

Hi

Run the report BBP_ATTR_TEXT_REFRESH for attribute description updates.

Check the following for more details.

Enhanced attributes 'Plant' (Plt) and 'storage location' (SL): The descriptions of these two attributes do not correspond to the current descriptions of the plants and storage locations in the backend system (tables T001W and T001L). In order to update these descriptions, you must currently delete the entries of these two attributes in Transaction PPOMA_BBP and create them again.

Remark: As a supplementation for this note, there is Note 545365 as a revised version of report BBP_ATTR_TEXT_REFRESH for the update of the attribute descriptions that are temporarily stored in database table BBP_ATTR_VALUE_T. The correction of this note is a prerequisite that report BBP_ATTR_TEXT_REFRESH also updates the descriptions of the two attributes Plt (WRK) and SL (LAG).
