The pricing request cannot be processed in External System

Hello,

We have setup Order Replication To ECC and we are using the pricing conditions from SAP ECC. All necessary steps are followed. However when we are trying to "finish" the order we get a error message in C4C "The pricing request cannot be processed in External System"

If we follow the provided guide by SAP https://blogs.sap.com/2015/08/27/how-to-sales-order-simulation-from-c4c-to-ecc-using-hci/

However the blog is mentioning to add following communication arragenent "Sales Quote with Pricing in an External System”. We were not able to find this one in the list and we used Sales Quote Follow Up with Pricing in SAP Business Suite.

Can anyone confirm this is the correct one and we are missing anything?

Hi Arian,

Is your document type marked as external pricing enabled in the business configuration?
Business Option: Sales Quotes -> Document Type

Hi Arian,

In order for the replication to happen to ERP system, the pricing status should be "calculated successfully". Hence do the pre-requisite step "Request External Pricing" before replicating the document to ERP. Once the pricing is calculated correctly in the order, then the replication should work fine.
