Credit Update issue

Hi Gurus,

We have some performance issues for running RVKRED77 and we implemented Sap note-666587, as per that we created new program- Z_CREDIT_VALUE_COMPARE which we will identify the customers who having the wrong credit values and we will run RVKRED77 for those customers other than running for the whole customers.

Now the issue is Z_CREDIT_VALUE_COMPARE is extracting the customers and iam running RVKRED77 for updating correct values and this process is successfully happening but if again i run Z_CREDIT_VALUE_COMPARE the same customer turning in with the updated values.

Can anyone suggest me on this..

Hi Jyothi,

This program for updation needs to be run in isolation. If you are having order,billing, delivery or accounting documents including cash collection being posted into SAP for the customer you are running the correction report, the values will be always incorrect updation.

As of now this is iam running in test environment only and that to iam running when the system is idle.
