Access MSSQLServer 2013 SP2 Database. When ODBC is working, I have access to INFORMATION-SCHEMA, Views, Stored-Procedures, and all tables. When it fails, I lose access to the INFORMATION-SCHEMA, Views, and most of the tables.
What do I need to do to resolve this?
That's what I am asking. How?

The very common problem with SQL server is the driver.
Make sure it is Native client driver. If the driver name is "SQL Server" then is in outdated and not supported.
