Is there a way I can move work items from multiple user inboxes to a single inbox? I can use swi2_freq to view their items, but don't seem to be able to move the items or reassign an different agent. Is there an easy solution to this? I have lots of workitems I want to process, but they are spread out in many inboxes so I'm having to log-in and out of each user to process them. It would be much quicker if I could just move them all to one user and process them that way. Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance

For anyone with the same problem I found that SWIA was the best way to forward multiple items.

How about setting up active substitution for the users.
You can get a maintenence view of HRUS_D2 created and then populate accordingly.
For example, if you want USER01 to excute the work items on behalf of everyone, put entries similar to the following into the table.
USER01 USER02 01.10.2007 31.12.9999
USER01 USER03 01.10.2007 31.12.9999
USER01 USER04 01.10.2007 31.12.9999
USER01 USER05 01.10.2007 31.12.9999
USER01 USER06 01.10.2007 31.12.9999
USER01 USER07 01.10.2007 31.12.9999
USER01 USER08 01.10.2007 31.12.9999
USER01 USER09 01.10.2007 31.12.9999
Check the "Active" indicator for each entry.
When you log on as USER01, you will see all the work items for all the other users and can execute from here.
Hope this helps.
