Deploy Design Studio on SAP Enterprise Portal ?

Simple question : what are the steps needed to deploy design studio on the SAP Enterprise Portal. The manual describes it as follows :

"Deploy the DESIGNSTUDIONW<version number>.sca file to the SAP Enterprise Portal using the Software Update Manager".

I know where to download the correct file, but how do you deploy it to the SAP Enterprise Portal ?
