Hi SDNites,

I am trying to configure webservices in my landscape and when using SOAMANGER I am getting the error as "Page cannot be displayed". I have activated certain services in SICF but results are still the same. As this is the first time that we will start using Webservices, can you please help me steps to check all the configuration before I SOAMANAGER working.

Regards,

Abhi

Do you have HTTP services active in your system?

https://blogs.sap.com/2014/02/05/how-to-activate-and-define-http-https-smtp-ports-in-any-sap-r3-system/

Can you paste a screenshot of the error? Is there any other HTTP service working on your system? There may be many reasons why it's not working...

Best regards

Bartosz

Hi Bartosz,

Thanks for the response.

Yes HTTP service is running in my system. (Also we have got ECC system integrated with PI where we have lots of Proxy interface running successfully using SOAP Protocol)

Also in SICF, I have followed the below path,

sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/appl_soap_management and selected Test Service and it shows "This Page can't be displayed".

Hi Bartosz,

I got what you are trying to view. In the browser, I was getting port as 0 and when I checked the SMICM again, I can see 2 HTTP configurations in the system where one is with port 0 while other is with correct port no. I am not sure why that exists in the system . Can you please advise on this?

Also after manually changing the port in the url, I started getting multipe SICF service failure which I have activated one by one and in the end, I am getting below error,

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: The ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert results in duplicate database records. records in the data base. (termination: RABAX_STATE)

Can you please advise how to address this.

Abhi
