Role Methodology is not working

Hi everyone,

I've configured all steps necessary for role maintenance, as it's indicated in document "AC 10.0 - Business Role Management".

I ´ve configured BRF+ methodology, two diferents phases, 5 phases for SIMPLE, and 3 phases for COMPOSITE, but BRM is not working.

Do you know how solve it?

Did you define the steps inside the Role Methodology?Send me the SPRO screenshots of the Role Methodology and steps?

Send me the SPRO screenshots of the Role Methodology and steps?and I see that you have configured BRF+, did you add the rule in the Global Process setting(MSMP) for routing purpose for Role Approval?

What have you configured for methodology process steps? Do the 2 differ?

Have you simulated brf rule to check it works?

Hi Javier,

I am not sure what do you mean by BRM is not working, you are not able to see the steps when creating the role from BRM or the role is not routing as per the role type.

If you could please provide more information screenshots etc.
