Availability overview

Hi,

In the availability overview(CO09) can anybody tell the meaning of confirmed.

In our case there is a requirement of the component against a sub con order of qty. x. Also x is mentioned under heading confirmed. What does it mean. Does it mean that the specified component has already been consumed by the sub con PO.

Hi Thanks for the reply.

The problem is that while creating the delivery we are not able to make delivery for this sppecific confirmed qty.

Hi

It is basically available quantity for that material.

This fields refers to avaialble quantity in other structures.

So what it is showing is correct, in your case it is showing quantity 1 has avaialble/confirmable quantity.

the system is confirming the quantity requested by you.for example if you have requested for 2 items, whereas in stock it is only 1 item , then the system will say confirmed quantity as 1 only..
