Background Print Parameters for GRAC_BATCH_RA

We recently upgraded to GRC 10.1 NW 7.5, SPS16. Now when we try to run a Batch Risk Analysis report in the background, using GRAC_BATCH_RA, we no longer have the option to select Date and Time and schedule for the future. Our only print time options in the Background Print Parameters dialog box are "SAP spool only for now" and "Immediately". Before the upgrade, we also had "Date and Time" as a third option. I also noticed that we have Windows Device drop down box that wasn't there previously.

I did an authorization trace and found an authorization check on S_SPO_DEV, but I am assigned * access. I can see the actual spool devices, so I don't think that is the problem.

Any help you can provide would be much appreciated!

Hi Sarah,

When you execute the tcode GRAC_BATCH_RA and schedule the schedule the Job in background, after selecting the print options you will get the options to select the time and date.
