ERP Cockpit using single communication user

Hi,

we have set up the ERP cockpit integration using 1 communication user. This creates a caching problem when multiple users are accessing the cockpit at the same time and one user is seeing data that another user is accessing.

Is there any way to solve this issue without having to create a user account in ERP for all users that will be accessing the ERP cockpit?

• Cockpit uses a buffering feature which ensures that the performance is in alignment with SAP standards. The flipside to this is that it expects a named user login to ERP Cockpit. That is, each sales rep should use his \ her own user credentials to login to ERP. If a communication user is shared across employees, the results shown in the cockpit are not reliable.
