Report Text not asking for T.Request

Hi Folks,

I have a program so far stored as $TMP.Now I had changed the pacakge to ZSD and created a transport request.This report is having some radio buttons,parameters and other stuff related to the selection screen.Now I had done some minor changes and saved the report texts but it is not asking for any transport request.What could be the reason?

The changes are already in the transport request and hence u r not prompted again for transport request.dont worry, all changes must have been in TR..

It is not showing REPORT TEXTS under the transport request in SE09.What could be the reason.

Hi Kiran,

If you release the TR, then only it asks for new Transport request. Otherwise, it will not prompt for any TR because the changes you are doing are already saved in that TR.

hi,

theres nothing to worry, all the report text must be in the same request. just go to se09 and look the request no whether it is appearing.

HI Kiran,

Goto SE01, Open the request & double click on the TR no.

It will show you the details of TR.

Goto CHange mode & enter

LIMU REPT --> Enter the program name

Thanks I was able to add the report texts in the request.But in one programs requests it got added as "Object list of requests".Will it get transported correctly?

Please let me know what is this OBJECT LOCKED.For one it is showing as object locked and the other it is not.What does this mean?
