Installation Problem

Hi All,

How are you all . Hope you all are doing well.

I have installed SAP-4.7, and it was working fine, but day before when I opened the consol there was no Tree structures( Which we need to start and it changes its color from yellow to green). What is reason, and how to rectify it.

Is there anything special we need to do while installing OS.

What extra we need to do while installing Windows server 2003.

If I download Oracle 9i/10g from Oracle site, can it work?

Will you please send me the installation procedure for SAP-CRM-4.0

regards

Not while installing but you need to configure the operating system accordingly. This is convered in the official installation guide.

Hi,

Check few things like:-

1)Is the folder usr/sap is shared?

2)Go to service.msc check for the sap services they are exist or not?

For 1)if not then share the folder usr/sap with two names “saploc” and “sapmnt” and add the user administrator and sap_localadmin.

For 2 )create the SAP Services.

Rohit
