Tax tariff code

Hi experts,

I developed a BAPI for creating PO, for this i have used BAPI_PO_CREATE1. As per my requirement some of the POs are service PO. So i need to update "TAX TARIFF CODE" using this bapi. But i have not found any field in the bapi for tax tariff code. Can anyone help me out how to resolve this issue.
