ecc6.0 and is-solution

Hi Guys: I recently took a training on billing and invoicing from SAP on IS- utilities, I found IS-utilities and IS-telecommunication were also included in ecc or r/3 environment as folders like logistic, accounting and tools etc, Can anyone tell me from which versions they are the part of r/3.
