Create Incidents in S/4 HANA in EHSM , BAPI BAPI_BUS1240_CREATE not available

Hi Folks,

The BAPI BAPI_BUS1240_CREATE used to create incidents in EHS module is no longer available in S/4 HANA system. Could you please let me know if there is any alternative function module to create the Incidents.

Hi Prasanth,

There is no standard FM/BAPI available in S/4 HANA EHS for Incident load.

The standard LSMW object is also not available in S/4 HANA which used to be in ECC EHSM.

Hi Prasanth,

There is an advanced module available for Component Extension SAP EHSM Incident Management to handle incidents in later version of SAP EHS.
please check the current supported modules, SAP EHS Industrial Hygiene and Safety is not supported in S4HANA. Recommendation would be to align with Later versions by doing adjustment/ migration. Refer SAP Market place Notes.

Hello Prasanth,

This BAPI is for the old / classic EHS Incident / Accident application. This has been upgraded to less and therefore is not available on S4/HANA Systems!

You would need to convert this functionality to the new module called Component extension for SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management (SAP EHS Management).

Can you please help with the way to find the alternate function modules which were available in S/4 HANA system to create a incident. Only I could fiind there is a BOPF object and it is not of much use.
