Fatal exception: com.seeburger.xi.connector.DuplicateMessageException: Message is a duplicate

Hi Experts,

I am using the Integrated Configuration scenario to create an interface in SAP PI 7.1 version. The sender channel uses SOAP adapter and the Receiver channel uses SFTP adapter.

The message is stuck in Delivering status. I have tried to restart the channel and a JAVA restart for the system and it still does not work and the message is still stuck.

Below is the error I am getting:

Message could not be forwarded to the JCA adapter. Reason: Fatal exception: com.seeburger.xi.connector.DuplicateMessageException: Message is a duplicate

Please help me with solving this issue.
