Activate Change Documents for Custom Fields

Hello Experts,

We have created some custom fields in the transaction IE02, the change document is working fine for the standard fields, but we cannot find the way to activate that capability for our custom fields.

Does anybody knows how to achieve this?

Problem Solved: The Data Element has a check that needs to be active for Change Documents.
