I am trying to build a picture - Drawing into the VC screen .
Any help with the options that SAP provides will be appreciated.

It is very much possible, but dont know how. May be you can discuss with your development guys, who can guide you on this.
One website where I have seen this functionality is as follows.

Here, once you start configuring a car, you can see the picture of the car changing.
You can start configuring from the page www.honda.com also.
