If you want to create a TabStrip Control Follow the below steps. This is a basic procedure.

    One Way -From the View.

    1) create a tabstrip element (Layout - Select Tabstrip).

    2) Insert a tab to the element (Right Click - Insert Tab).

    3) In the tab content Right click--> Insert child --> View container element.

Another Way - Windows - If you want to Add views to TabStip .

Windows -> Open your window -> Select View Set from Controls. ViewSetDefinition as Tab Strip.

You can embed iview into this TabStip - tabs.

    Make default property as true.

Please give me reward point If it is useful

    Thanks

    hi,

Take the tabstrip contol on the screen.

Now set the no. of tabpages as per your requirement.

Take sunscreen on each of the tabpage of the tabstrip.

And design diff screens which u want to call into those subscreens which u have taken into the tabpage of the tabstrip.

    now code like below,

on the screens flow logic on which u have taken the tabstrip

    PROCESS BEFORE OUTPUT.

    • MODULE STATUS_0100.

    CALL SUBSCREEN sub1 INCLUDING 'Z_TABPAGE' '101'.

    CALL SUBSCREEN sub2 INCLUDING 'Z_TABPAGE' '102'.

    PROCESS AFTER INPUT.

    CALL SUBSCREEN sub1.

    CALL SUBSCREEN sub2.

    MODULE exit_comm AT EXIT-COMMAND.

    MODULE user_command_0100.

here <b>sub1</b> and <b>sub2</b> are name of the subscreens ,<b>'Z_TABPAGE'</b> is the name of the prog and <b>'101' '102'</b> are the no. of the screen which are called on the tabpage.

    thanks

    hi,

the best way to create tab strip is by wizard .

First create screen and in screen take element tabstrip (with wizard).

    1. first it will start so give continue.

    2. it will ask for name so give name and continue.

    3. it will ask for tab text, give text as per ur need.If u want 2 tabs than give name of that two tab in tab text.

4 . now in next screen it will show automatically generated subscreen number and its function code

    5. it will give all modules name

    6. complete.

now u have tabstrip with two tabs and two automatically generated subscreens.

so u can put any element like table control, text field, I/O field on that sub screen.

Check the type of that screen it will b subscreen.

    reward if useful.
