Check the value in table ARCH_NUM and check the highest number in ADMI_RUN.
If ARCH_NUM value is lower than highest number in ADMI_RUn, this could be the cause.

I have the same problem as Ayesha and I checked the values you recommended.
What can I do if Arch_num value is lower than highest number in Admin_run (which is the case)?
Can I delete old Arch_nums?
