Where and How Can I Change the paramenter WDFORCEEXTERNALSTYLESHEET?

I suppose that is an application parameter you're asking about.

You change it opening WD application in SE80, then going to tab Parameters. Be warned though that you may not have that parameter available, in fact i'm on SP10 and it's not there.
