While importing data from A/P invoice to the Intrastat declaration, the system imports invoices total and statistical value with . (dot) as separator. Anyway I have to change the dot (.) into coma ( , ) for every row if I want to save the declaration.

In the system setup, coma is defined as decimal separator and dot as thousand separator.

Why does the system import the value with dot (.) instead of coma (,) as decimal separator?

How can I import values directly with a coma as decimal separator??

Hi,

based on SDK helpfiles, In the U.S. and U.K., a comma is used to separate thousands. In German-speaking countries, a dot is generally used. Another definitions, the character that is used to separate an integer from decimals. In the U.S. and U.K., a dot is used; in German-speaking countries, a comma is generally used. I am afraid your database localisation follow one of both definition.

I am not very familiar with the Intrastat declaration B1 Addon but to my knowledge the Comma or Dot seperators are just used as virtual presentation layer.

I don't think SBO stores data this way in the database.
