Payroll Run

Hi All,

Can anyone suggest, when we are running payroll, we are to cosider retro date one month back ie 01.08.2007 (employee hire date is 01.06.2006) as go live date is 01.09.2007.

As we want to give retro one month back and want to restric the august month's salary in the payslip. So is there any way we can do it.

Even tried with IT003 but if we are restricting there then, aug retro is not coming.

    Did you try setting the earliest retro date in t-code PA03?

      Yes i have tried but still it is not working.

      and please refer to the note as employee is hired on date-01.06.2007 and runin pay on 31.09.2007 and retro date is 01.08.2007 in PA03 and also tried in IT0003

    you can not give a retro date prior to GO-LIVE date. If you want to pay any retro differences to employee in current period then either use IT15 or change infotype 8 for just that period.
