SAP Netweaver 7.4 SP10 Enterpise Portal on SAP ASE on CAL not starting correctly

I have activated an instance via Cloud Appliance Library and the Instance is up on Amazon. However there appears to be issues within the Linux. The Start-up scripts do not appear to be working. I was forced to get a technical resource to login and manually start the SAP JAVA instance.

Any ideas why the Auto-Start is not working.
