Language-dependent description of characteristic.

Hi everyone,

I need some help adding a new language to a list of already existing languages in the Material Master>Classification>Characteristic description=Language, Value=e.g English.

How do I include other languages like swedish to the list? Using the match code list, i have the possibility of checking a radio button with Number codes assigned to different Languages. Where do I know what number(code) e.g the language swedish has?

Hi guys,

I finally figured out what to do. I performed CT04 and added the new languages (Customizing), then modified the report including the new languages in the IF ElSE statement.

Hi,

You can find using F4 help on the field where you find English.

Alternatively,you can find it all the language keys in T002 table.

For Swedish it is SV.
