Agent not coming - WS2000075 PO workflow User decision

Hi,

Thanks in advance.

Actually I have linked standard workflow WS20000075 for Release Step Created.

Also attach standard rule 20000027 to standard task TS20000166 and make the task General Task .But still agent not showing .But when debugging rule it's showing agent.But not going to user SBWP.

Please help me on this.

Yes agent coming .I have debugged the rule .agent showing in Actor_tab .Not coming in swi1 log or user SBWP.

Hi Sudip,

Kindly turn the approval task into 'General task'. Hence we can remove the restriction to appear certain agent in SBWP. It should be alright now. Give a try and Please let me know the outcome. Thanks.
