Intercompany (Cross-company code) posting are not possible for "Recurring Entries.
Take look to the SAP documentation at

(Scroll down to the bottom, last sentence)
Maybe it will help you to do
a) in company code A a recurring entry (using a intercompany clearing account of B)
b) in company code B the same (using a intercompany clearing account of A)
You will have to ensure that postings (i.e. posting date, document date, value date) are identical on both sides.
