Business Partner replication from S/4 HANA On Premise to C4C with Custom Fields

Hi Experts, we have a scenario in which we have some custom fields to be added in BP and that needs to be replicated to C4C via PI as middleware.

As per my understanding the replication is based on web services configured in Soamanager rather than idocs.

So i want to understand where we can extend the BP fields and where exactly we can fill the data and pass it to the webservice.

Any help will be grateful.
