How to enable offline synchronisation of ticket attachments?

I was wondering how to enable the offline synchronisation for ticket attachments.

I have added "IPAD OFFLINE" to the business role. But I am still not able to download ticket attachments on my iPad.

However I am able to download attachments from installed base.

Go to Service -> Tickets
Open any ticket
Go to Attachment tab
Add a new Attachment
Save your changes by clicking on the save button
Close the Ticket
Now Sync your app
Once the sync is over, Open the same Ticket once again
Go to attachments tab
Scroll across the screen to the Last column named 'Actions'
Beside the delete bin, you will find the download button ( Its icon is an downward arrow)
Click on the download button
You will see that the Download to Offline icon under the 'Downloaded to Offline' Column turns green
On going to Offline Mode the attachment will now be available.

You will have to perform the above steps for each of the attachments that you wish to access Offline.

Which app are you using? iPad Native or the extended edition?
