I recently purchased a copy of Crystal Reports 2016 to use for a project I'm building in Visual Studio 2015 (VB.NET). I'm having a very hard time just trying to get it set up for use. I am hoping you can direct me to documentation for the product that will tell me:
* What references I need to select in my project for the Crystal Report Viewer
* How to instantiate and display a Crystal Report Viewer control in my project
* How to call the saved RPT file and pass it a dataset programmatically from VB
Not trying to do anything fancy, just trying to display a basic report. Thanks so much if you can help.
