LGMST feature

Hi Experts,

I have configured Wagetype Model corresponding to Payscale area, type, group & level. Now when I am creating basic pay wagetype for an employee belonging to this payscale str. every wagetype is coming alright.

Now my requirement is, Wagtype model should be determined dynamically from LGMST feature based on Personnel Subarea. For an employee belonging to a particular PSA eventhough his payscale str is same he should get a wagetype model different from what is attached with the payscale str(through Allowance grpng). I mean now it should be determined through PSA. Is it possible through LGMST?

Regards,

Tomesh

    Hi Tomesh Sahu

The structure of feature LGMST provides the following options to distinguish people:

    BUKRS Company Code

    WERKS Personnel Area

    BTRTL Personnel Subarea

    PERSG Employee Group

    PERSK Employee Subgroup

    SUBTY Subtype

    MOLGA Country Grouping

So it is possible to select the emplyees by personnel subarea. Just think of an intelligent structure to cover all existing cases as well.

Probably you will need a new wage type model to assign the new set of wage types.

    Kind regards,

    Benno

      Hi,

Just adding on what Mr. Benno P. Sutter said:

The table which you need to maintain is V_T539A.

      Hope this helps,
