When i m trying to confirm the production order by CO11 so an Error is occured.
Error is <b>Document ******* already entered for the measurement time specified</b>.

Have u assign a production resource/tool, type Equipment with assigned measuring point (Counter), to operations in a production order? If yes then check these notes 449116 & 427672 , this may help u .
