PowerDesigner Update Model from Database is deleting columns in existing views

I initially reverse engineered a set of tables/views from Oracle 11g database. I grouped them together and used "Update Model from Database (ctrl + R)" option to merge next set of views into the same PDM file.

As soon as the new set was merged, "some" (not all) existing views had become empty i.e all the columns disappeared in the Diagram as well as in Object browser. When reverse engineered again, these views get replaced properly, but any activity such as adding a text box makes them empty again.

I am not suspecting any issue with these views because they are getting reverse engineered properly first time and also in subsequent attempts until any further changes are done to the PDM.

Is this a known issue?

That's wierd behaviour, Tejasvi. I wonder if it's anything to do with including or excluding the table.columns that your existing views reference when reverse-engineering the second time.

As a work-around, you could reverse-engineer into a new model the second time, then merge the models afterwards.
