SAP 4.7 Installation Error

Hello Gurus,

i am getting Error when installing SAP 4.7 during Database Instance -

Uploading Database Statistics

Error Message :

MOS-01012 problem D:/usr/sap/M11/sys/exe/run/saplicence -R3setup M11

'BWITOWQ' trace=2 returned with "-2" which is not a defined as success code . C

Could Anybody help me out in this case

Details of the server

Windows - 2003 Server

Oracle - 9i (9.2.0.2.0)

SAP 4.7
