Archiving of smartform which can be viewed in OAM1

Hi All,

I have a requirement where the smartform needs to be archived and the same should be visible in OAM1 transaction.

I searched all the blogs and forums but did not find anything fruitful.

Would be really helpful if anyone has a example.

I'm afraid you are confusing Smartform with the output from a transaction. Smartform is a development object, those are not archived. That could be the reason that your search didn't find anything - wrong keywords.

I do not have the output type for it. It is a Smartform created for being sent to a third party server only.

How do you create this smartform? What transaction is used (I am not talking about the development, I am talking about the business process where it is triggered.

It is triggered in a custom RFC which sends details to customer in form of Email attachment on creation of Notification in SAP. I am able to generate spool but the data should be made available in OAM1.

We need to archive the form only when there is no connectivity between the servers so that it can be sent later.

I doubt that a RFC creates the smartform, the RFC calls a program that might create the smartform. But this sounds as if it is totally from scratch without using any of the usual output routines and NAST table.

So it is nothing else than spool list archiving like explained in https://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70ehp3/helpdata/en/4c/e654b17e173ec6e10000000a42189b/frameset.htm
